Dear U.S. Soccer Store Customers.
To assist the efforts underway to slow the spread of COVID-19 U.S. Soccer Store’s distribution center will be closed through April 7, 2020.
Our ongoing response to dealing with COVID-19 is aligned with recommendations outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as orders from local and state authorities. Specifically, we are in adherence with orders from the Governor of Indiana, where U.S. Soccer Store’s fulfillment center is located.
Any orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EDT on March 23, 2020, will not be fulfilled until April 8, 2020, at the earliest. Any online order received between March 23 and April 8, 2020, will still be accepted and will be processed and shipped on or after April 8, 2020. Outstanding orders will be processed first. This date is subject to change based on the evolving circumstances of COVID-19’s impact.

As a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of our employees and community, our Customer Service Call Center will be closed beginning 5:00 pm EDT Friday, March 20, 2020. During this closure we will be unable to answer phone calls or respond to voicemails.
